WESLEY IS ABLE TO PROVIDE a wealth of experience and expertise, having been working in the industry for over 17 years in London, Mayfair, and Worthing. Alongside being proficient in all aspects of residential sales and lettings he has a knowledge and experience of dealing with investment portfolios. He prides himself in his ability to listen to his clients, understand his clients’ needs and most importantly not to pressure his clients in any aspect of the buying and selling process. He works closely with his team on a day to day basis so you will have no problem getting hold of Wesley for any reason at all. He lives in Worthing with his wife Ashlie and their four children. He works very closely with the CF trust and Love your hospital charity supporting Cystic Fibrosis and Children in Need.

PAUL HAS WORKED WITHIN ESTATE AGENCY FOR OVER 16 YEARS. He has helped countless people buy, sell, rent or let since he started his career as an apprentice trainee negotiator with an independent firm in Rustington. This is where he elevated himself through to management and team leadership. Over the years he has gathered an enormous amount of sales and lettings experience from both the corporate and independent world. Paul is pleased to be working locally with such a friendly independent, family run company. He’s extremely passionate about what he does and his enthusiasm is infectious, as is his ability to form relationships with clients. Paul is a very popular member of the team, is a confident team leader and coach, and is able to work as manager and as part of the sales floor team. He enjoys being an important part of such a forward thinking, modern company that is well respected in the industry for quality of service and care to clients. Sam Collins SALES MANAGER
SAM HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY SINCE THE INCEPTION. With over 5 years experience in the industry, he has worked his way from a Junior Negotiator to Sales Manager. Sam has worked in Worthing for independent estate agencies and with Wesley, built W Welch up from the early beginnings. Sam also has experience working in Corporate Real Estate in the Middle East, specialising in Dubai Marina where he was part of the Sales Team of the Year for Dubai’s biggest real estate company. Sam is also passed the RERA Qualification for his Real Estate Brokers licence to operate in the United Arab Emirates. He understands that your most important asset needs care and attention and will break boundaries to make sure a first-class service is delivered. His work ethic is unchallengeable; working nights, weekends and bank holidays to make sure everything possible is being done to make the moving process as simple as it possibly can be. His enthusiasm and sales ability will leave his clients knowing they are in safe hands. With the limited time he has outside of work Sam enjoys shopping, relaxing and spending time with friends and family.
Ashlie Welch ADMINISTRATION & EVENTS
ASHLIE HAS BEEN WORKING in estate agency for three years now after 16 years as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. Her personality and ability to build relationships quickly provide an outstanding customer service, she enjoys finding clients their new homes and assisting in their move. She lives in Worthing with her husband Wesley and their four children. She is on the Committee of the Love your Hospital CF fund and works very closely in all aspects of fund raising for Cystic Fibrosis, something very close to Ashlie and Wesley as their youngest daughter Francesca was born with this life limiting disease.
David Harrington SALES CONSULTANT
DAVID HAS WORKED WITHIN ESTATE AGENCY for the last two years after finishing his full time education. Before joining W Welch he worked in the busy Brighton market servicing sales and letting clients. David is an extremely motivated and driven individual providing excellent customer service combined with the ability to actually LISTEN to the client. In David’s personal life he very much enjoys spending time with friends and loves football Brighton FC where he Holds a season ticket.
Domenica Resarchi SALES CONSULTANT
BEFORE JOINING W WELCH DOMENICA has been working in estate agency for two years and in this time has developed excellent skills in customer service. Before joining our team Domenica was a Sales and Lettings Administrative Negotiator and since joining us as a Sales Consultant she has excelled in her knowledge and experience of the housing market and is proving a very strong member of the team. Before estate agency Domenica was a trainee midwife and proudly delivered 18 babies into the world which of course will be an experience that will stay with her forever. When she is not working hard to achieve her goals in the office Dom enjoys reading, music and movies and keeping fit. She also enjoys eating out and socialising.
